Obesity

According to the World Health Organization, one in eight people is obese, yet our society often fails to grasp what this truly means.

It’s common to think that visiting a nutritionist means going hungry, that eating healthy is boring, and that a healthy diet involves sacrifice and giving up what we enjoy.

Our communication strategy is based on one premise: haute cuisine has already brought nutrition and health together at the same table.

With this in mind, Chef Paco Pérez helps us design a healthy, enjoyable, and personalized diet according to each person’s metabolism.

For instance, if we know that a patient metabolizes fats more efficiently, the chef helps us add vibrant colors, rich flavors, and creativity to a diet high in fats. This reinforces our message: eating healthy can be incredibly exciting.

This approach challenges the myth that healthy eating is boring. Just as no two metabolisms are the same, no one can thrive on salad alone every day. Life is full of colors and can be very creative.
